I always have a good time photographing casts for the movie posters but Ihave to say this cast in particular was a HOOT! Such a great group of actors as well as a talented Director Jeff Fisher, amazing producer Matt Freemanand Lauren Englert for your flawless art work.

Took a little trip to the Helmut Newton Exhibit at the Annenberg Space For Photography in Century City this past weekend. What a visionary and inspiration. A man way ahead of his time. If your in LA LA Land definitely check it out.

NEW WORK/ My latest Cuisine shoot for Pasadena Magazine. It was hard not to eat the props on this shoot, although I did sneak a cookie :-) Thanks to Cassie and Sophia for a great location and production, everything looked beautiful.

Get It While It's Hot!.... The Red Issue.

Shooting the cover of Pasadena Magazines February Red Issue was a hoot. It's always fun having a great model like Mayson to make my job that much easier. I also photographed a four page spread cuisine story, La Vie En Red. The rooms and placing of the food were decorated and prepared by the lovely Ngoc Nguyen Lay who has her own event company http://www.skyboxeventproductions.com/home.html

Pasadena Magazine/ January 2013

  Shamanic Garden is the second story I photographed for Pasadena Magazines January issue. It wasn't hard shooting designer Kim Colwell's invigorating/tranquil gardens at the beautiful home of Annie Retamel in Altadena. Every corner I turned was a picture and the best part for me was photographing Annie's awesome kids, Milo and Alice.

As beautiful as the actors are the best part of this shoot for me was photographing the two puppies that were on set.
The movie will air on the ION Network Sunday December 2, 2012.

Something old is new again. I was going through some things that I recently got out of storage and found these old film images I shot when I was studying photography. These images were used for advertising a burlesque show a good friend of mine Terry Beeman used to do in Silverlake which he now does a show in Hollywood called Mental Head Circus (check out the link below)

The four images are the latest Ads for the City Of West Hollywood's I Am/We Are Prevention Campaign 2012 which launched this month of June. Art directed by Mateo Rivera, The four different groups I photographed I admire for their voluntary time and efforts they give to causes such as MPowermenthttp://www.mpowerment.org/

It's finally up... New studio work from my Color Splash Shoot which I shot back in early May. So many great images to edit through, organize, tweak, retouch but alas here it is. Click on the link to Studio and check it out.

My photoshoots aren't all glamorous. Shooting a movie poster on the set of Home For Christmas between the actors scenes for Mar Vista Entertainment starring Shantel VanSanten from One Tree Hill and Rob Mayes. They will be stripped out of the white background along with some cute puppies I shot separately which explains the art director, Lauren, holding the leash on the side. In the final poster there will be a dog at the end of the leash. Can't wait to see the finished image.

Behind the scene shots of our Color Splash Photoshoot I photographed 2nd to last week of May. The talent and crew were AWESOME! We had such a blast with our ham models Anthony and Wade from LA Models, Chloe from Next Models and Madeline from Pinkerton Models.
Aaron Williams was our extraordinary stylist and Stacy Bisel gave everyone the look with her talent for makeup and hair. Also thanks to Eric, Coy, Gino, Mimi and Gabby. FUN FUN FUN!

Photographing the 2012 City Of West Hollywood's Prevention Campaign art directed by Matthew Rivera. This is a behind the scenes shot of the third in a series of four images the city will be advertising on bus shelters and billboards around the city as well as online and published media. The campaign is set to launch in June. I'll post some of the images when released.
